My co-founder and I are passionate about improving health in places where people spend their time. We spend 1/3 of our day at work, so why should it be stressful? We believe in aligning the interests of the employer with the employee and we want people to enjoy working with their peers. This issue hurts employees mental, physical, and social health while also losing the employer up to 3 months worth of work a year. I completed my doctorate in organizational health and wellness and worked with multi-national companies to improve their human capital with data driven methods. My co-founder has a management consulting and medical tech background. Together, we believe that engagement surveys aren't supporting employees properly, so we created a passive, anonymous tool that understands how your teams collaborate and communication. We use this information to create our Engagement Score, identify key individuals who make an impact within teams, and actionable steps to improve you organization.
